Mr. Murtha graduated with a bachelors degree from West Virginia State
University. He then
received his masters degree in history from Hunter College
in New York City,
and his law degree from New York
Law School.
In his spare time, he is the President
of Chorus 802, and also sings with The Holy Apostles Community Chorus. He is a
member of The Secular Humanist Society of New York.
